Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, assisting with customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth sales operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to learn about sales processes in the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Assist customers by providing product information, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Sales Administration: Manage sales documentation, including quotes, contracts, and purchase orders. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and client interactions.
  • Lead Management: Help in identifying and qualifying potential leads. Track leads in the CRM system and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Sales Coordination: Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. Prepare sales materials and presentations as needed.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. Provide insights to the sales team to support strategy development.
  • Reporting: Assist in generating sales reports, analyzing data, and preparing performance metrics for the sales team and management.

Qualifications

Experience: Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is a plus. Knowledge of the technology industry is advantageous.
